The integrated Quality and Environmental Management System consists of 45 processes covering the entire area of operations of MPWiK S.A. of Kraków and complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality standard and the ISO 14001 environmental standard. Its implementation is confirmed during the annual audit carried out by an external certifying unit, namely Bureau Veritas.
The implementation of the Integrated Management System has established the requirements and the rules of processes carried out in the area of producing, distributing and selling water, collecting and treating sewage as well as maintaining and developing infrastructure, ensuring that planned quality and environmental objectives are achieved.
