The LoveKraków.pl awards recognise individuals and institutions who have demonstrated their commitment and work in various ways, contributing to the development of Kraków. The awards are granted in ten categories: Kraków Person of the Year, Politician of the Year, Local Government Person of the Year, Company of the Year, Public Space, Culture, Kraków Development, Event, Sport and Energy Transformation.
The Waterworks of the City of Kraków won an award in the last category – Energy Transformation – for its comprehensive measures towards energy self-sufficiency and the use of modern solutions to reduce energy consumption. The award was collected at a gala ceremony by Piotr Ziętara, President of the Management Board of Wodociągi Miasta Krakowa S.A.
