Innovation and ecology were the lead themes of the 25th jubilee “Fair Play Enterprise” programme. However, not only enterprises which take a keen interest in business ethics and fairness and provide an immaculate customer service were awarded during the subsequent assessment phases. Attributes like stable growth, continually expanding range of products and services, quality improvements, launching new, better products and services were also recognised.
Kraków Water was subject to a multi-stage, five month-long reliability verification process, at the end of which the company was awarded the “Fair Play Enterprise” title. This puts it on par with other reliable companies, which comply with the law and observe generally accepted social norms.
The audit carried out at Kraków Water not only confirmed that the services provided by the company are of a high quality, but that the enterprise itself is growing dynamically and making significant investments which contribute to environmental protection. The auditors stressed good relations with residents maintained by Wodociągi Miasta Krakowa S. A. through numerous eco-education programmes, supporting the youngest residents of the city and active participation in local community life. 21 years ago, Kraków Water took part in the “Fair Play Enterprise” programme for the first time. Since then, it has been awarded each and every year.
A few hundred companies from every corner of Poland entered this year’s “Fair Play Enterprise” contest. The programme’s jury confirmed that nearly two hundred of those are reliable and trustworthy and each was awarded the 2022 “Fair Play Enterprise” title.
